Last night was a great success at Avington Park in Winchester. 110 corporate guests enjoying the delightful canapes of Hooley Sha-mooli Catering. It took me 10 hours to create 800 canapes including monkfish spiedini`s, sesame soy fillet of beef, ginger king prawns in a saffron and coconut sauce to name a few of the tasty little morsels....A beautiful venue, stunning location and although exhausted by the end of it, a very enjoyable and rewarding event!
